Does it remind me?

No. Know What’s Due does not send notifications — no email, no text, no push. It shows you what is due when you open it, with anything urgent at the top. The “remind me” setting controls when something appears in What’s Due, not when a message is sent. Nothing is sent.

What happens when I mark something done?

It depends on one thing: whether you told us it happens again.
If it repeats, the next date is calculated for you — counted from the day you marked it done, not the day it was due — and it stays on your list. A filter due December 20 on a three month cycle, marked done on December 27, is next due March 27.
If it does not repeat, it moves to Completed and the date stays where it was.

Do I have to say what kind of thing it is?

No. There are no categories. A thing has a name, a date, optionally how often it comes round, and how much warning you want.

What’s the difference between archiving and deleting?

Archiving takes something off your active list and keeps the record; you can restore it. Deleting removes it permanently and cannot be undone — and it is only offered on items you have already archived, so it takes two deliberate steps. A connected app can archive but can never delete.

Can I delete my account?

Not from inside the app — there is no self-service account deletion yet. Email us and we will delete the account and everything attached to it.

Can I get my data out?

There is no export button yet. Email us and we will send you what is held on your account.

How do I disconnect an app?

There is no disconnect screen yet. Connected apps hold access tokens issued by our authentication provider; email us to have a connection revoked.
